John Riepenhoff's Vending Machine Project


IN:SITE and Sherman Park Community Association (www.shermanpark.org ) the first of two cycles in 2008 of temporary public art in Sherman Park. For each cycle, there was one project which included a community involvement component and another project which featured the mentoring an emerging artist from the Sherman Park area by IN:SITE.

IN:SITE coordinated a series of three temporary public art projects in collaboration with the North Avenue Community Development Corporation (NACDC) and North Avenue property owners. These projects were visible from October 2007 to May 2008 between 35th and 37th Street on North Avenue.

IN:SITE coordinated a series of temporary public art projects in collaboration with the North Avenue Community Development Corporation (NACDC) and North Avenue property owners. Artists installed three projects between September and October in the Gateway Business Improvement District of North Avenue.




"Bay View Project"

Bay View Speaks


IN:SITE coordinated a series of temporary public art projects in collaboration with the Bay View Neighborhood Association and with the help of area property and business owners. Artists installed three projects between May and September on the 2200 - 2500 blocks of S. Kinnickinnic Avenue in Bay View.

IN:SITE coordinated a series of projects in collaboration with the West End Vliet Street Business Association (WEVSBA). Artists installed three projects in September to tie in with the Westside Artwalk September 22-23.
